The Deutsches Museum Bonn shows some 100 contemporary masterpieces of science and technology. They represent significant scientific and technical developments of the past almost seven decades.

The exhibits also feature the results of several lines of research that were rewarded with Nobel prizes. The Deutsches Museum Bonn is an offshoot of the world-famous Deutsches Museum in Munich (its only branch outside the Munich area). It is housed in the Wissenschaftszentrum of the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft.
